Why
To file your company with the state, apply for your EIN, deliver your documents and mail, and contact you about your order. We share owner details only with the state agency, the IRS and our registered agent partner, because the filings require it.
How long
We keep company records while your account is open and for the period required by law afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account once no service is active.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
