What we do

LLCBolt prepares and submits business formation filings on your behalf, based on the information you give us, and provides the related services you order: registered agent, EIN application, document preparation and mail handling.

We are a filing service, not a law firm or an accounting firm. Nothing on this site or in your dashboard is legal or tax advice.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the company and owner details you submit. Filings are made exactly as entered. Corrections after submission may require a state amendment with its own fee.

Fees

Prices are shown in US dollars. State fees are passed through at the amount charged by the state. Recurring services (registered agent from year two, business address, annual report filing) renew only if you order them and can be cancelled before renewal.

Timing

Processing times shown are typical state and IRS times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by a state agency or the IRS are outside our control.

Keep your password private. You can download your documents at any time while your account is active.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
