Who issues refunds
Refunds are issued by Emberlane LLC, the company that operates LLCBolt.
Before we file
If you cancel before we submit anything to the state, you get a full refund.
After we file
Once your filing is submitted, the state fee is spent and cannot be refunded. Our service fee is refundable only for parts of the package we have not started, such as an EIN application not yet submitted.
If the state rejects the filing
If the state rejects a filing because of our mistake, we correct and refile it at no cost. If your chosen name is not available, we contact you to pick another one before filing.
Recurring services
Cancel a recurring service before it renews and you will not be charged again. Unused time on a service already paid for is not refunded.
